Glen McGorty, a senior assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District, has joined Crowell & Moring as a partner in the white collar and regulatory enforcement group.
Carlton Fields has hired Oleg Rivkin and V. David Rivkin as shareholders in the business litigation and trade regulation group. David focuses on cross-border disputes involving licensing of technology, copyright and trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets and other IP matters. Oleg concentrates on international litigation and arbitration involving corporate, commercial and other business disputes. The brothers were partners at Fox Horan & Camerini.
