The funeral for Theodore Jones Jr., the Court of Appeals judge who died earlier this week, will be held on Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. at the Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, 212 Tompkins Ave., Brooklyn. A wake will be held at the church on Nov. 15, from 2 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the newly established Judge Theodore Jones Jr. Memorial Fund at Jones’ alma mater, St. John’s University School of Law, 8000 Utopia Pkwy., Queens, N.Y., 11439. Officials said a link will soon be posted on the school’s website at www.stjohns.edu/academics/graduate/law to accept contributions.
