Why We Kicked Dentons Off the NLJ 500 and Am Law 200 Lists

We can’t discuss firm size in 2015 without talking about Dentons. The world’s largest law firm dropped off our NLJ 500 report this year — not because it shrank, but because it got so big.

The firm’s massive merger with the Chinese firm Dacheng last winter places a plurality of Dentons’ lawyers in China, rather than the U.S.
