Cozen O’Connor (Philadelphia): Amy Alderfer and Maria Louise Cousineau join the firm as partners in the Los Angeles office. Alderfer joins the commercial litigation department and Cousineau joins the global insurance department and will focus on insurance-coverage matters and bad-faith litigation. Previously, Alderfer was counsel to Greenberg Traurig and Cousineau was a partner at Sedgwick.
Mayer Brown: Colleen Tracy joins the firm’s intellectual property practice as partner in the New York office and will focus on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical, chemical, biological and biotechnological fields. Previously, Tracy was a partner at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto.
