Barnes & Thornburg (Indianapolis): Andrew Andreasik joins the firm’s real estate department as partner in the Chicago office and will represent developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate assets. Previously, Andreasik was a partner at K&L Gates.
Edwards Wildman Palmer (Boston): Allison O’Neil joins the firm’s litigation department as a partner in the Boston office and will focus on a variety of criminal matters in state and federal courts, and will regularly advises clients in civil disputes with related criminal issues, including commercial crimes. Previously, O’Neil was a partner at Craig and Macauley.
King & Spalding (Atlanta): Werner Meier joins the firm as partner in the Frankfurt office and will focus on German and international restructuring, financing and capital-markets transactions. Previously, Meier was a partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
Latham & Watkins: David Callahan joins the firm’s litigation department as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on litigation in the areas of patent, trademark, trade secrets, false advertising and unfair competition. Previously, Callahan was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. Additionally, Samuel Isaacson joins the firm’s litigation department as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on commercial litigation, including shareholder litigation and SEC enforcement actions.
