Previously, Geoghan was a partner at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor.

Dechert: Lloyd MacNeil joins the firm’s corporate practice as partner in the Los Angeles office and will focus on the energy and infrastructure sector, advising on project development and financing as well as mergers and acquisitions. Previously, MacNeil was a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.

Farella Braun + Martel (San Francisco): Dirk Mueller joins the firm’s renewable energy and clean technologies practice and real estate and land use department as partner in the San Francisco office. He will focus on energy and real estate matters. Previously, Mueller was a partner at Winston & Strawn.

Foley & Lardner: Lisa Estrada joins the health care team as partner in the New York office and will focus on government investigations, regulations and enforcement. Previously, Estrada was a partner at Arent Fox.

Jenner & Block (Chicago): Thomas Stromberg joins the corporate practice as partner in the Los Angeles office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Stromberg was a partner at Kaye Scholer.

Locke Lord: Rick Staff rejoins the firm’s litigation practice as partner in the Houston office and will focus on energy and commercial litigation. Previously, Staff was a partner and co-founder of Harrison Bettis Staff McFarland.

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy (New York): James Grandolfo joins the global securities group as partner in the Hong Kong office and will focus on pan-Asian securities matters. Previously, Grandolfo was a partner at Allen & Overy.

Perkins Coie (Seattle): Joyce Mazero joins the firm’s franchising and distribution, food and beverage and retail industries and consumer products practices as partner in the Dallas office and will focus on business matters for product- and service-based franchise, distribution and shared-services systems. Previously, Mazero was a partner at Haynes and Boone.

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton (Los Angeles): Bruce Colbath joins the firm’s antitrust and trade regulation practice as partner in the New York office and will focus on advertising, marketing and antitrust law, including consumer-protection issues relating to unfair deceptive and unlawful conduct. Previously, Colbath was a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Stites & Harbison: Louann Bronstein joins the firm’s business and corporate services group as partner in the Atlanta office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Bronstein was a partner at Seyfarth Shaw.
