Vinson & Elkins (Houston): Michael Charlson joins the firm as partner in the San Francisco office and will focus on business litigation with an emphasis on securities class actions and corporate governance litigation. Previously, Charlson was a partner at Hogan Lovells.
Norton Rose Fulbright: Daryl Lansdale Jr. has been promoted to partner-in-charge of the firm's San Antonio office. Lansdale succeeds George Scofield, who is serving on firm's U.S. management committee and global executive committee. Lansdale focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions for public and private companies.
