Hunton & Williams (Richmond, Va.): Nathan Kutt joins the global corporate practice as counsel to the Miami office and will focus on bank regulatory matters, capital and acquisition strategies and private-equity investments. Prev­iously, Kutt was general counsel for BankCap Partners.

Wilkinson Barker Knauer (Washington): Debrea Terwilliger rejoins the firm as partner in the Denver office and will provide energy and telecommunications regulatory advice. Previously, Terwilliger was assistant staff counsel and administrative attorney to the Nevada Public Service Commission.
