Alethia Nancoo, 44, has joined Edwards Wildman Palmer’s Washing­ton office as partner in the public finance department. She focuses on public and project-debt financings. Previously, she was a partner at Hogan Lovells. Nancoo earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.


Scott Stone, 36, has rejoined Hunton & Williams as counsel to the environmental law practice. He focuses on administrative, environmental and international law, particularly Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and other environmental regulatory issues. Previously, he was director of global environmental initiatives at Sierra Nevada Corp. Before that, he was an associate at the firm. He earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.


Mark Eckenwiler, 52, has joined Perkins Coie as senior counsel to the privacy and security practice in Wash­ington. He focuses on electronic-privacy civil and criminal law. Previously, he was associate director for technology at the Office of Enforcement Operations in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
