Alethia Nancoo, 44, has joined Edwards Wildman Palmer’s Washington office as partner in the public finance department. She focuses on public and project-debt financings. Previously, she was a partner at Hogan Lovells. Nancoo earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Scott Stone, 36, has rejoined Hunton & Williams as counsel to the environmental law practice. He focuses on administrative, environmental and international law, particularly Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and other environmental regulatory issues. Previously, he was director of global environmental initiatives at Sierra Nevada Corp. Before that, he was an associate at the firm. He earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
