Duke McCall III, 44, has been promoted from of counsel to partner in Bingham McCutchen’s Washington office. He is a member of the environmental, land use and natural resources practice, where he focuses on environmental law and related litigation and regulatory matters. Rebecca MacPherson, 49, has joined Jones Day as of counsel to the airlines and aviation practice. She was previously assistant chief counsel for regulations at the Federal Aviation Administration. MacPherson earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
