Cooley (Palo Alto, Calif.): Walter Hanchuk and John Kheit join the firm as partners in the New York office. Hanchuk will serve as chairman of the firm’s New York intellectual property practice. Both attorneys will focus on financial services and software technologies. Previously, Hanchuk and Kheit were partners at Chadbourne & Parke.
Dorf & Nelson (Rye, N.Y.): Martha Flanders joins the firm’s corporate law practice area as partner and will focus on mergers and acquisitions; public and private securities offerings; joint ventures and strategic alliances; and investment vehicles. Previously, Flanders was a partner at Cozen O’Connor.
