Pepper Hamilton (Philadelphia): Trevor Bannister has joined the firm’s intellectual property transaction and rights management practice group as an associate in the Pittsburgh office. Bannister focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions. Previously, he was an associate at Kacvinsky Daisak. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2010.
Winston & Strawn (Chicago): Zhan Liu and Sabrina Yang have joined the firm’s corporate practice as senior attorney and associate, respectively in the Shanghai, China, office. Liu and Yang focus their practice on advising U.S. and European companies on general corporate and foreign direct investments, with an emphasis on acquiring and/or setting up new businesses or subsidiaries in China. Previously, Liu and Yang were associates at Clyde & Co. Liu received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2006 and Yang received her LL.M. from University of Minnesota Law School in 2010.
