Facing a somewhat reluctant U.S. market, legal technology and service companies are making a global push to broaden their client bases. Among them is Morae Global, the company resulting from the recent merger between Clutch Group and Morae Legal, which recently announced a series of leadership moves intended to increase the company’s reach among in-house legal and compliance departments at major global corporations.
The new leadership members are all employees previously with Morae Legal and Clutch Group. Brian Flack, formerly Clutch Group’s general counsel, will head Clutch’s Global Delivery, while Clutch Group founder Varun Mehta will focus on developing new markets, brand marketing and client engagement. Former Morae Legal chief technology officer Jeff Seymour will move his role to CTO of Morae Global.
