Although much ink is spilled over e-discovery’s merger and acquisition landscape, contract management and analysis has been quietly gaining steam in the market, and its companies are beginning to mature. Contract management platform Exari this week acquired contract data discovery and analytics platform Adsensa in hopes of integrating its contract analysis tools into its contract management platform.
At present, Adsensa’s software can load data and insights into any contract management environment, but Exari CEO Bill Hewitt said the unified company will look to build out a tighter integration between the two products shortly.
