After China approved a far-reaching Cybersecurity Law that goes into effect this June, the Canadian government is seeking input from businesses on cybersecurity and other issues related to doing business in China, it said last week.

Canadian businesses are being encouraged to contact the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service in China “if they have any concerns related to doing business in China, or to provide input on issues such as cybersecurity concerns and other trade-related barriers,” a government spokesperson for the Global Affairs Canada department said.
