U.S. law schools and law undergraduate programs are beginning to take a closer look at integrating technology into legal education, but in the U.K., this approach remains relatively nascent.

Ulster University is looking to change that paradigm. Last week, the school announced the opening of a new Legal Innovation Centre. The goal, the school says, is to not only train students going into traditional legal practices, but also foster a sense of innovation and entrepreneurship in those who may be interested in the legal technology field.
