There’s a shortage of women in science, technology, engineering and math. And there’s still a 17 percent gender gap in pay in all of legal (and 18 percent at Big Law). She is the associate director of e-discovery, technical services at H5, which provides expert search, technology-assisted review, data analytics and eDiscovery for litigation and investigations.
