Members of the Harris County grand jury that indicted Texas Supreme Court Justice David Medina and his wife in January have filed a state court suit seeking a declaratory judgment saying they can lawfully disclose evidence they heard about the Medina case while they served on the grand jury. The suit names Harris County DA Chuck Rosenthal and the state of Texas as defendants.
