Lawyers: There's a fight in the Texas Legislature over your email addresses. The battle lines became clear when the House Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence Committee held a hearing on a bill that would require the State Bar of Texas to provide lawyers' names, bar card numbers and email addresses to an accredited continuing legal education provider affiliated with a state agency.
