Because of a family move, it's the first summer since 2006 that the judge of Midland's 385th District Court and her family have not traveled to Uganda or Tanzania with their church. "It's an opportunity to serve, but it's also an opportunity for us as a family to learn and grow and do something we consider worthwhile together," says Darr.
