Insurer Did Not Have to Defend Organ-Donation Charity

In a case involving human remains, the Texas Supreme Court has ruled that an insurance company did not have to defend an organ-donation charity. Specifically, the unanimous court ruled that a daughter and her mother's estate did not incur "the loss of use of tangible property" with "the loss of the use of the mother's tissues. . . ." Justice Eva M. Guzman wrote the court's opinion.
