I attempted a little humor in my recent article on cooperation during electronic data discovery for the Richmond Law School Journal of Law and Technology. The article “Cooperation What Is It and Why Do It?” ended with this list of suggestions for elementary school teachers to promote cooperation among children. I thought it might be helpful in case there are some lawyers who did not learn these skills as youngsters.
