Plaintiffs who sued Fish & Richardson, two of the firm’s principals and a client have added JAMS and arbitrator Robert W. Faulkner as defendants.

In their May 23 First Amended Petition in Ashley Brigham Patten, et al. v. M. Brett Johnson, et al., the plaintiffs allege, among other things, that the defendants failed to disclose a social relationship M. Brett Johnson, then a Fish & Richardson principal in Dallas, had with Faulkner, who had awarded the firm’s client $22 million in an underlying case.
