An Austin lawyer has sued her former employer, alleging she was "terminated" for trying to implement policies to ensure compliance with laws on distributing home-baked goods and on health-care privacy and confidentiality. Erin M. Gilmer says she was the director of clinic and hospital programs, a non-attorney position, at Austin-based Cancer Connection.
