Jury awards $4,224 to plaintiff claiming wrist injuries

On Jan. 18, a jury awarded $4,224 to a passenger who claimed injuries to both her wrists and arms. Carolina Perez was a passenger in a car driven by her boyfriend, Guadalupe Aguilera. Miguel Nunez was driving toward them when he attempted a left turn and they collided. Perez sustained median nerve compression in the right wrist and moderate nerve compression on the left.
