Austin firm Hoffman Kelley has filed a $2 million suit against one of its former lawyers, Christopher S. Norton, alleging he formed a new firm and solicited Hoffman Kelley clients. With no prior notice and while still on the firm's payroll, Hoffman Kelley alleges Norton wrote a letter on Hoffman Kelley letterhead that "solicited the clients of Hoffman Kelley" to send their business to Norton at his new firm.
