Cuban hopes to consolidate a parking lot dispute filed recently by five of his companies with a suit Perot’s Hillwood Investment Properties III filed in 2010, says Tom Melsheimer, who represents Cuban’s companies in both cases. Perot, the son of billionaire and two-time presidential candidate H. Ross Perot Sr., is a minority owner in the Dallas Mavericks.
