Charles W. Brown of Harris County, Bar No. 03101900, has been suspended for one month and placed on probation for 35 months for the following violations of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct:
• Rule 1.01(b)(1) — In representing a client, a lawyer shall not neglect a legal matter entrusted to the lawyer;
