A few days after appointing a special counsel in a contempt case against Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Inc., a state court judge in Cleburne granted a motion by Toyota’s lawyers to stay proceedings and all activity in the matter until March 10.

Johnson County District Judge John E. Neill’s Feb. 8 order also stated that no one is to view or access documents submitted to the court by Toyota’s former in-house lawyer Dimitrios Biller.
