The agreed judgment in the suspension orders the lawyer to pay $1,022.90 in attorneys' fees and direct expenses to the State Bar and to complete an additional 15 hours of continuing legal education in ethics focusing on the duties and responsibilities of a practicing attorney in the state of Texas.
