Three Texas lawyers have been suspended from the practice of law for periods ranging from six months to three years, the State Bar has announced. One lawyer who received a three-year suspension also will face two years on probation and was ordered to pay $46,667.67 in restitution and $1,668.60 in attorney's fees and direct expenses to the State Bar. The other two lawyers also face probation and payment of attorney's fees and direct expenses to the Bar.
