Charles Boettcher, senior vice president and general counsel for Houston-based Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP, used Thompson & Knight attorneys for the sale of his company’s fee mineral-interest and royalty-interest business to Black Stone Minerals Co. LP.
Thomas R. Lamme, a corporate and securities partner in Thompson & Knight’s Houston office, says the sale, which closed May 24, was valued at approximately $174.5 million.
