Discipline Report: Lawyer Resigns License, Two Others Receive Public Reprimands

One lawyer resigned her license in lieu of discipline and two others received public reprimands, the State Bar of Texas announced recently. In one of the cases involving a public reprimand, an agreed judgment orders the lawyer to pay $6,411.55 in attorneys' fees and court costs to the State Bar. And in the other reprimand case, an agreed judgment orders the lawyer to pay $775 in attorneys' fees and direct expenses to the Bar.

Christina Hoffmann Givaudan of Carrollton, Bar No. 09791320, resigned in lieu of discipline. The Supreme Court order accepting her resignation is dated Nov. 19, 2009.
