A Bexar County lawyer has been placed on probation for five years, and a Dallas County lawyer has been publicly reprimanded, the State Bar of Texas announced recently. The judgement against the lawyer on probation requires him to pay $14,693 in restitution and expenses, to engage the services of a law practice management consultant and to submit to monitoring of his law practice by an attorney monitor.
