One of the alleged violations listed in the Nueces County judgment refers to the disciplinary rule regulating a lawyer's business transactions with a client. The judgment also orders the disbarred lawyer to pay the State Bar $2,600 in attorney's fees. In the other case, the lawyer on probation was ordered to pay $1,905.
