A Travis County lawyer has been suspended for one year and placed on probation for two years, and a Houston lawyer has resigned his license in lieu of discipline, the State Bar of Texas recently announced. In the case of the Travis County lawyer, one of the allegations listed in the agreed judgment concerned the requirement to keep a client's funds separate from the lawyer's own property. She also agreed to pay $3,294 in restitution and fees.
