Almost two years after the Texas Supreme Court vacated an $800,000 arbitration award to Robert and Jane Cull and 10 years after they filed their original suit, a Fort Worth jury awarded $58 million to the couple in their DTPA suit against Perry Homes and an insurer for allegedly not complying with a warranty. "The plaintiffs' lawyer obviously did a good job of getting the jury mad at Perry Homes," says Richard Wiseman (pictured).
