Texas AG's Office Seeks to Intervene in Second Same-Sex Divorce Case

A few months ago Dallas Judge Tena Callahan made headlines with her ruling in In the Matter of the Marriage of J.B. and H.B., a case in which two men are seeking a divorce. Now a new same-sex divorce case is on an Austin docket, this time involving two women. In both cases, the Texas Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking to intervene.
