The State Bar of Texas recently announced that two lawyers have received public reprimands. Both cases involved agreed judgments, one of which ordered the lawyer to pay $7,475 in restitution and fees to the State Bar, to complete three additional hours of continuing legal education, to develop an operational plan for his practice and to submit to supervision by a monitor. The judgment in the other case ordered the lawyer to pay $2,500 in fees and expenses to the Bar.
