Are you old enough to be a judge? Mollee Westfall of Tarrant County's 371st District Court has become used to the question now that she has been on the bench for two-and-a-half years. At 39, Westfall exceeds the district judge age requirement in the Texas Government Code by 14 years. Born in Abilene, as a child Westfall and her family lived in several North Texas towns ? she lived on a cotton farm at one time ? until they settled in Lubbock, where her parents still live. Westfall graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1994.
