Appellants appeal orders against them in this forcible detainer action arising from the foreclosure sale of their home. In forcible detainer cases, bare presentment of a substitute trustee's deed, a deed of trust and notice to vacate letters are sufficient to establish a plaintiff's evidentiary burden. That the issue of trustee appointment was not disputed in supporting cases is a distinction without a difference. The county court's judgment is affirmed.
