The appellant challenges the the appellees' standing to enforce restrictive covenants and the sufficiency evidence of supporting the court's finding of violation of the restrictions. A restrictive covenant is ordinarily enforceable only by the contracting parties and those in direct privity of estate with the contracting parties. Privity of estate requires more than a showing of a common source of title. The trial court's judgment is reversed and the case is dismissed.
