The trial court denied an independent school district's motion for summary judgment in this suit alleging sex and national-origin discrimination. A male employee who worked at a different location, had a different supervisor, different job duties, and different alleged misconduct was not similarly situated. The trial court's order is reversed as to the sex discrimination claim, and that portion of the case is dismissed. The order is affirmed and remanded as to the claim of national-origin discrimination. Dallas Court of Appeals, No. 05-12-01479-CV, 06-03-2013.
