The appellant challenges the denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized during a search of the house where he lived with his mother. Although the appellant consented to the search while handcuffed, other factors, including that he had supplied one of the agents with information in the past, lead to the conclusion that the consent was voluntary. The district court's decision is affirmed. 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, No. 12-60366, 03-19-2013.
