In the Matter of the Expunction of J.E.

Tex. App. Dist. 8

February 19, 2013

The appellants appeal from an order granting a petition for expunction of records in connection with the petitioner's arrest for alleged possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone. Because there is no record of the trial court's hearing on the petition, the record on appeal does not reflect whether the appellants offered to the trial court any evidence in support of their affirmative defense of waiver at the hearing or whether the trial court ruled or refused to rule thereon. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. In the Matter of the Expunction of J.E., El Paso Court of Appeals, No. 08-11-00006-CV, 02-13-2013.
