Bhatia v. Woodlands North Houston Heart Center PLLC

Tex. App. Dist. 14

February 19, 2013

In this suit concerning the breakup of a medical practice group, a jury found that no party was liable for any damages to any other party. The appellees were the prevailing parties in the main issues in this litigation, and the trial court did not err in awarding them attorneys' fees. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Houston's 14th Court of Appeals, No. 14-11-00477-CV, 02-14-2013.
