Abraham v. Alpha Chi Omega

5th Cir.

February 12, 2013

The plaintiffs appeals the district court's rejection of their motion for judgment as a matter of law and the scope of an injunction in this alleged trademark infringement case. The district court did not abuse its discretion by relying on Conan Properties to use the "degree of prejudice" test in fashioning injunctive relief. The district court's judgment and injunction are affirmed. 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, No. 12-10525, 02-07-2013.
