The plaintiffs appeals the district court's rejection of their motion for judgment as a matter of law and the scope of an injunction in this alleged trademark infringement case. The district court's judgment and injunction are affirmed. 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, No. 12-10525, 02-07-2013.
