The appellant appeals his conviction for the alleged offense of engaging in organized criminal activity, habitual offender. The jury had sufficient evidence to find that appellant committed the offense with the intent to establish, maintain or participate in the criminal street gang, including a statement made by the appellant to a detective. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Corpus Christi Court of Appeals, No. 13-11-00442-CR, 01-17-2013.
