Nelson v. State

Tex. App. Dist. 1

January 22, 2013

The appellant challenges her conviction for alleged murder. Although each piece of evidence may lack strength when considered in isolation, the consistency of the evidence and the reasonable inferences drawn therefrom provide the girders to strengthen the evidence and support the jury's finding of the elements of the offense. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Houston's 1st Court of Appeals, No. 01-11-00989-CR, 01-17-2013.
