The appellant appeals his conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine. Despite any possible technological differences between a 1981 "beeper" and the GPS device used in this case, the functionality is sufficiently similar that the agents' reliance on Michael to install a GPS device on the truck, in light of the reasonable suspicion of drug trafficking, was objectively reasonable.
